Our reception is always there for you, just not always on site
Since we are a very small hotel and we become an all-rounder for you, our reception is not always occupied. However, we NEVER leave you alone!
Before your arrival you will receive all the information you need to know. Furthermore we are available for you by phone at all times.
Check-Out until 11:00 a.m.
Check-In from 12:00 o’clock until 24:00 o’clock
From 4 p.m. our check-in usually runs via our key box system. You will receive your code by e-mail and check yourself in quickly and easily. This way we stay flexible and you stay independent.
Parking
Do you drive by car? Then it remains exciting…
Since we are a small city hotel in a really central location, the parking situation is, as in all big cities, exciting. If, after one or two rounds around the block, you can’t find a parking space, the CONTIPARK parking garage at Grupellostraße 34, 40210 Düsseldorf, is the answer for your “little one” or “big one”.
There 24 hours parking costs only fair 6,00€. From there back to us it is only 5 minutes walk.
